Sensei Mitchum's Videos
Sensei Mitchum has made two videos covering all of our open-hand kata, including bunkai with multiple opponents. He also talks about the history of Isshinryu, his experiences on Okinawa, and the importance of keeping true to the kata as taught by Master Shimabuku, whatever applications you find for them.
Volume 1 includes Sensei Mitchum performing the kata and bunkai for Seisan, Seiuchin, Naihanchi and Wansu, as well as a history of Isshinryu. Volume 2 includes the kata and bunkai for Chinto, Sanchin, Kusanku and Sunsu.
