The AAU team put in a strong showing at the 2010 World Karate Confederation World Championships, winning 23 divisions and sweeping a few. The team's total medal count: 90. We're especially proud of the Ingram's students, who placed in six events and took several firsts. The other Isshinryu practitioner on the team, Nick Arndt, also took a first and second. Ingram’s Karate traveled to Albany, New York for the 2010 AAU National Karate Championships, and our students did a spectacular job! We took eight National Championships! These athletes are now chosen to be on the U.S. Team to travel to Italy for the WKC World Championships.

The 2010 AAU Karate Florida District Championships and West Coast Qualifier tournament is coming up. It will be held at River Ridge Middle/High School in New Port Richey, Florida on April 17.
